Before taking part in any Vitro event, participants must read, understand and accept the relevant legal documents. These documents outline the terms of participation, participant responsibilities, waiver information and liability release requirements for both adult and youth participants.
All documents are available to download below and should be read carefully before booking or attending an event.
Important Participant Information
Vitro Vitality Games is a fitness performance event. It provides participants with benchmark scores across a series of physical tests linked to recognised markers of health and fitness. It does not provide medical diagnosis, medical advice, clinical assessment or treatment of any kind.
Vitro scores and Vitality Age calculations are performance benchmarks only. They are designed to support self awareness, goal setting and fitness tracking, but they should not be treated as a substitute for professional medical assessment.
Participants with known or suspected medical conditions, cardiovascular concerns or any health condition that may be affected by physical exertion should consult their GP or a relevant specialist before attending a Vitro event. Participation is always the responsibility of the individual participant.

This document explains the physical nature of the VITRO Vitality Games, the inherent risks involved and the responsibilities accepted by adult participants.
02. Vitrokids Waiver and Parent or Guardian Consent
This waiver must be reviewed and signed by the participant's parent or legal guardian before a young athlete can take part.
03. Adult Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern adult registration and participation in VITRO events.
They cover eligibility, health responsibilities, event rules, scoring disputes, payments, cancellations, transfers, safety procedures, media use and participant conduct.
04. Vitrokids Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions explain the requirements for youth participation in Vitrokids events.
They cover age categories, parental responsibilities, safeguarding, supervision, event safety, participant conduct, media consent and the conditions under which young athletes may take part.
05. Privacy Policy and Results Data Policy
This policy explains how VITRO collects, stores and uses personal information, event registration details and athlete performance data.
06. Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains VITRO's rules regarding cancellations, refunds, ticket transfers, event changes and organiser cancellations.
VITRO event bookings are generally non-refundable, although approved ticket transfers and certain organiser cancellation options may be available under the conditions set out in the policy.
07. Marketing Communications Policy
This policy explains how VITRO uses contact information to send event announcements, training content, offers and future event invitations.
Marketing consent is optional and can be withdrawn at any time without affecting essential event communications such as booking confirmations, wave information and scorecard delivery.

Participants, Spectators, Volunteers and Media. This policy explains what may be captured, where content may be used, how participant consent is managed and the additional protections applied to youth participants.
